These terms govern access to the GoAutoPolicy website and all services made available through it. Using the platform in any capacity indicates agreement with the terms set out below. If any portion of these terms is unacceptable, the platform should not be accessed or used.
GoAutoPolicy provides a digital interface for requesting auto insurance quotes and exploring coverage options. The platform connects individuals with available insurance products based on submitted information. Submission of a quote request does not guarantee the issuance of a policy or bind any coverage.
Individuals using the platform are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the quote process. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete data may result in an inaccurate quote or disqualification from obtaining coverage through the platform. Account credentials, where applicable, must be kept confidential.
Access to account features requires submission of correct login credentials. The platform will not verify identity through methods other than those defined within the account system. Any unauthorized use of an account should be reported immediately using the contact information provided at the end of these terms.
Use of the platform and submission of a quote request requires that the individual be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, the individual affirms that these eligibility conditions are met.
All content on the GoAutoPolicy platform including text, design elements, and graphical assets is the property of the platform operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without written authorization is prohibited.
The platform may reference or link to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. GoAutoPolicy does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external site. Accessing third-party links is done at the user's own discretion.
By providing a phone number and selecting the applicable consent options during signup, an individual authorizes GoAutoPolicy to contact them via SMS for service and marketing purposes related to auto insurance. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
GoAutoPolicy provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not make warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for any damages arising from the use of the platform is disclaimed.
Individuals using the platform agree to hold GoAutoPolicy harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or submission of inaccurate information during the quote process.
Disputes arising from use of the platform or the services offered through it are subject to binding arbitration under applicable rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law. This arbitration agreement forms part of the agreement to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the platform operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Legal proceedings, to the extent not subject to arbitration, shall be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction.
These terms may be revised at any time. Updated terms will be published on the platform. Continued use after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
